Looks like the Blue Jays have to learn to adapt to American baseball rules. Troy Tulowitzki tags Rougned Odor but is called "safe". In Game 2, it all came down to a controversial call when Rougned Odor narrowly took his foot off of 2nd base while Tulowitzki applied the tag. It wasn't enough evidence for the umpires to call him out and so the call went in the Rangers' favour. Jays fans have a lot to criticize about the calls the umpires made. Right from the get-go, home plate umpire Vic Carapazza was thrown into the thick of it all, without even knowing the area of the strike zone.
